Reflex

Here is a screenshot of an email blast I created for the new Reflex guitar and bass. The grid of thumbnails at the bottom were clickable and transitioned to a full-sized image. They were a lot of fun, and they tended to keep viewers clicking around for a few minutes. The instrument will be launched tomorrow in the US, so hopefully this email has generated some buzz among Music Man players!

Print Magazine

These were my entries for print magazine's "Address the Issues Cover Contest". World food politics are a major interest of mine. "What happened to food?" and "What is the food industry hiding from us?" are two questions I think more people should be asking.

Opportunity

Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

Big Sur Panoramic

One of my favorite things about living on the central coast. I am lucky to be here!

Volume Pedal Box

Reveal Surf

This is a logo that I created for a mock online surf store. The project required us to create a brand and build an online store front. I've always liked the sense of motion this logo creates. It always makes me want to go surf.

Limkiln Falls

Here's a vertical panoramic of a waterfall in Big Sur. Enjoyed a spectacular hike through a lush redwood forest on the way to getting this shot.

Dargie Delight

Mystic Dream

Here's a product photography example of a John Petrucci Music Man guitar. The prismatic, color changing paint is a challenge to shoot, but looks stunning when everything comes together right!

Query Magazine

A magazine design project for a Cal Poly graphic arts class. I choose to do a travel magazine documenting a roadtrip I had just taken to Austin for the SXSW music festival.

Revolution Tour

Here's a tour poster I made for a rock group I played drums for in 2006.

Striking a balance between innovation & restraint

A study of the Warnock Pro typeface.

Ben & Jerry's Package

This was a project that I did for my package design class at Cal Poly. Its a 6-pack box, for single serving Ben and Jerry's ice cream. The project required that we create the physical package and artwork, produce a high quality mockup, and a product launch campaign.

Montana De Oro Panoramic

Here's a 360 degree image of Hazards Canyon. Definitely one of my favorite local beaches, even on a hazy day.

Home

This is a panoramic image of San Luis Obispo in early spring. It is the result 10 individual photos stitched together with photo-merge. My hometown for the last 5 years, SLO is the kind of place where time is best spent outdoors!

On My Way

Welcome everybody! I'm looking forward to posting some of my past and future work!
